Implementation Integrated Training Institutes Erp System Tender Notice

Description

Upgradation, customization, implementation, data migration, training and post-go-live support of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning system for integrated training institutes and student-specific ERP requirements of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority. Eligible firms must demonstrate experience in Odoo ERP implementation, system customization, data migration, integration, training and post-go-live support for large-scale or multi-location organizations. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and meet all other requirements in the RFP and bidding documents. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through the KPPRA E-PADS system. The deadline for submission is 28 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, and technical proposals will open on 28 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Financial proposals of eligible and technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently on a date and time communicated under the applicable rules. The RFP documents, evaluation criteria, scope of work, terms and conditions and proposal forms are available through the KPPRA E-PADS portal and the authority website. Bid security of Rs. 600,000 must be provided as a refundable CDR in favour of the Managing Director, KP-TEVTA. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the total contract amount in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee before signing the contract.
