Provision of miscellaneous repair and maintenance work for marine vessels under ship repair job including all associated repair activities - sealed technical and commercial bids required from experienced subcontractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments - bidding documents include detailed specifications terms conditions submission procedure bid security bid validity evaluation criteria clarification rejection conditions and performance guarantee available against non refundable fee of Rs 3000 as per procurement rules - bids must be submitted as per prescribed procedure - technical proposals will be opened at 1400 hours on the same day and evaluated based on prequalification criteria - commercial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders
