Construction repair and upgradation works including berm formation of left side of canal repairing and maintenance of flood monitoring office and upgradation of rest house under item rate basis - electronic bidding under single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS - eligible bidders must be engineering firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant procurement authorities with valid licenses and tax registrations including professional tax and PRA registration - bidders must submit bid security in form of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt and upload bids electronically with required documents - original bid security documents must be submitted before deadline - bids will be opened at specified time in presence of bidders and evaluated based on responsiveness and eligibility - performance guarantee of 10 percent required from successful bidder - payment based on actual work done subject to fund availability and quality assurance requirements
