Hardware Plant Machinery Transport Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods including hardware plant machinery and transport equipment for establishment of e library and earning centre comprising multiple lots with specified estimated costs and bid securities - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using open competitive bidding method under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered firms companies or suppliers with valid income tax sales tax and relevant registrations - bids must include technical and financial proposals submitted electronically as per prescribed format - bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR or bank guarantee required and original must be submitted before deadline - technical proposals will be opened on same day in presence of bidders and financial bids will be evaluated as per procurement rules - all applicable taxes will be deducted and evaluation will follow PPRA rules
