Description
Procurement of medical equipment including portable mobile doppler ultrasound systems and adult cardiac probes compatible with specified systems under DDP basis - electronic bidding through e-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure requiring technical and financial proposals - bidders must be manufacturers authorized agents or suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and procurement systems - bid security required in acceptable financial instruments and original must be submitted before opening - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on the same day in presence of bidders - bid validity is 180 days and evaluation will be conducted as per procurement rules with compliance to specifications brand and model requirements
