Special repair and maintenance works including road rehabilitation boundary wall construction and annual maintenance activities at multiple locations comprising various highway sections and infrastructure works under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under applicable procurement rules - eligible bidders must be engineering firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA with valid credentials - bidders must upload bid security in form of call deposit receipt equivalent to specified percentage and submit original before opening - bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders - evaluation will be based on item rates compliance and eligibility criteria - successful bidder must provide performance guarantee and adhere to contract conditions without price variation with execution subject to specified timelines
