Procurement Of Malaria Parasite Analyzer Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one analyzer for malaria parasite detection for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. The estimated amount is PKR 8,500,000, and bid security is PKR 170,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized manufacturer distributors must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted electronically; hard-copy bid security and hard-copy bids are not accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Supply Chain Department Conference Room, Tower A. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
