Underground Fire Hydrant Pipeline Replacement Tender Notice
Description
Replacement of the damaged underground fire hydrant pipeline behind the angiography department of the Phase-II Block of Lahore General Hospital, Lahore, complete in accordance with the bidding documents and to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. The estimated cost is PKR 2,986,404. Bid security of PKR 59,728, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, must be submitted through digital online payment using the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with the Bank of Punjab in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Lahore General Hospital. Physical bid securities, including CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts, are not accepted. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted by 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Late bids will be rejected. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the DNIT, the bidder must deposit 10% performance security. False information may result in disqualification and referral to the relevant authorities.
