Automatic Cell Separator Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one automatic cell separator for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. The estimated amount is PKR 17,129,773, with bid security of PKR 342,596, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. Eligible manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized manufacturer distributors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted electronically; hard-copy bid security is not acceptable. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Supply Chain Department Conference Room, Tower A. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
