Urban Flood Monitoring Cell Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a rainfall and urban flooding monitoring cell at Water and Sanitation Agency Sargodha. The estimated cost is PKR 3,100,000. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and general order suppliers must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with the Federal Board of Revenue for NTN and GSTN. Bids must be uploaded electronically as PDF files using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid security of PKR 62,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, must be transferred digitally through 1Link or submitted through a bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of WASA Sargodha and transmitted to the Bank of Punjab by SWIFT using MT 760. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted, and bids must remain valid for 120 days.
