Supply Installation Cctv Camera System Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a CCTV camera setup with accessories at the New Campus of Government College University Faisalabad. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 74.70 million. Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope technical and financial bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the specified closing time. Refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated amount must be submitted through the Bank of Punjab online deposit slip attached to the tender in favour of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad. Bids must be signed and stamped and accompanied by income tax and sales tax registration certificates, CNIC and other documents required in the tender documents. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. Applicable federal and provincial taxes will be deducted under government rules. Tenders will be opened on the scheduled date in the presence of vendors or authorized representatives.
