Supply of rescue items - chain saws 100 units - snow chains 1,000 pairs - folding shovels - heavy-duty search lights 500 units - winterized items including 1,000 woollen caps - 1,000 pairs of winterized gloves - 1,000 sleeping bags - rainy items including 2,500 raincoats - 2,500 pairs of waterproof long rubber shoes - 2,000 umbrellas - tarpaulin items including 2,500 waterproof sheets. The estimated lot values are PKR 23,150,000 for rescue items - PKR 10,000,000 for winterized items - PKR 19,100,000 for rainy items - PKR 10,000,000 for tarpaulin. Corresponding bid securities are PKR 694,500 - PKR 300,000 - PKR 573,000 - PKR 300,000. Delivery is required within 15 days for each listed lot. Eligible contractors, dealers, firms, vendors and general order suppliers must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax authorities and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Samples of all items must reach the PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park Lahore before the closing date; for imported items without available samples, detailed technical brochures with specifications and designs must be submitted. Bidders must provide NTN, PRA and sales tax registration certificates. Applicable government taxes will be deducted, and bidders must quote their best and final prices.
