Procurement of framework and bulk contracts for the financial year 2026-27 covering local purchase of medicines on a 15% day-to-day basis - pathology laboratory and blood bank items - supply and installation of fully automatic hematology and chemistry analyzers on reagent rental basis (R&R) - general store and stationery items - IT equipment - radiology items including digital and manual X-ray films - dental items - biomedical gases - printing and publications - local purchase of medicines for the Social Welfare Office Daska. The estimated costs of the packages are PKR 7.9 million, PKR 4.5 million, PKR 4.5 million, PKR 10.5 million, PKR 1.5 million, PKR 3.5 million, PKR 1.0 million, PKR 4 million, PKR 2 million and PKR 2.8 million respectively, with the third package amount inferred from the table layout and requiring verification. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required through CDR, pay order or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement Portal using PDF files under the open competitive bidding procedure, single stage two envelopes; hard copies are not acceptable. Bidders must submit their best and final prices, as negotiations are not expected under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules 2024, as amended.
