Description
Provision of missing facilities and upgradation works at multiple industrial estates including MIE Chakwal SIE Taxila and MIE Gujjar Khan under single stage two envelope procedure - electronic bidding through EPADS - eligible bidders must be firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities with valid certifications - bidders must upload bid security in form of call deposit receipt equal to required percentage and submit original before deadline - bids must include technical and financial proposals submitted electronically and will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders - evaluation based on compliance eligibility and procurement rules with performance guarantee and execution requirements
