Construction and protection works including flood bund strengthening and related irrigation infrastructure works under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under single stage procedure - eligible bidders must be contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA with valid registrations - bidders must submit bid security in prescribed form and upload bids electronically - bids will be opened on specified date and evaluated based on compliance eligibility and procurement rules with performance guarantee requirements
