Supply of complete uniform kits for 90 special students - comprising 50 boys and 40 girls - at Government Institute for Slow Learners, Hafizabad, for financial year 2026-27, on a free-delivery-to-consignee basis. The notice states bid security of PKR 3,000,000, described as 5% of the estimated procurement cost.
