Repair and renovation of police buildings - residential buildings - police station buildings and other buildings in District Nankana Sahib under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of PKR 20,000,000 and bid security of 1% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 200,000. Eligible firms - companies - suppliers - manufacturers and authorized agents - dealers or distributors, including joint ventures where applicable, must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax - sales tax - Punjab sales tax and Pakistan Engineering Council requirements as applicable. Electronic bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will open on 2 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be deposited or uploaded through the e-procurement system in favour of the District Police Officer, Nankana Sahib. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 2% under section 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial documents must comply with the bidding documents, and applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules. Bid validity extends until 30 June 2027.
