Hiring Security Firm Wssp Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a licensed security firm to provide 29 uniformed security guards equipped with 12-bore short guns on 12-hour shifts at Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar head office, zonal offices, parking yards and landfill site within the WSSP jurisdiction. The contract period is one year, extendable by mutual agreement subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible firms must have at least five years of relevant experience, valid security-company licences from the Ministry of Interior and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and registration with KPRA. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014, with technical and financial bids submitted exclusively through EPADS. Bids must be uploaded by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open publicly at 11:30 AM the same day. A 2% call deposit receipt of the total bid price, in favour of WSSP Contractor Securities, and an affidavit concerning the original CDR must be delivered in a sealed envelope before the deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 must also be deposited in the specified Bank of Khyber account, with the deposit slip submitted alongside the CDR. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 3:30 PM in the WSSP conference room.
