Strengthening of the weak bank in the berm-less reach between RD 165+250 and RD 168+000 of Lower Gugera Branch, Faisalabad, under the Irrigation Department. The estimated cost is PKR 6,374,597 and earnest money is PKR 127,492. The completion period is 25 days. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline for financial year 2026-27 and registered on EPADS. Required supporting documents include professional tax payment receipts, CNIC, enlistment or renewal fees and Punjab Revenue Authority registration for 2026-27. Bidding follows a single-stage procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and will open at 2:30 PM the same day at the Executive Engineer’s office. Bid security should preferably be provided as a bank guarantee or call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank in favour of the Executive Engineer; the original security must be delivered in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic deadline. Manual bids are not accepted. Contractors quoting a tender amount 5% or more below the approved estimate must provide quality-assurance security equal to the difference between the estimate and tendered amount within seven days.
