Laboratory Equipment Maintenance Calibration And Cleanroom Validation Tender Notice

Framework contract for four procurement lots covering repair and maintenance of UHPLC and HPLC laboratory equipment, calibration services for mass, temperature and volume, calibration services for tensile testing equipment and colony counters, and microbiology laboratory cleanroom validation. The estimated values are PKR 2,550,000 for Lot 1, PKR 810,000 for Lot 2, PKR 100,000 for Lot 3 and PKR 130,000 for Lot 4. Bid security is 1% of each lot estimate, amounting to PKR 25,500, PKR 8,100, PKR 1,000 and PKR 1,300 respectively. Tax-registered firms may participate through the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical proposals opening online at 11:30 AM on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23 October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the conference room; written reservations must be submitted by 11:00 AM that day. Delivery is on an FOR basis to the laboratory premises.
