Procurement for financial year 2026-27 by the Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology covering five separate tenders: outsourcing of security services estimated at PKR 40,213,452 with bid security of 2% of the estimate; digital X-ray films estimated at PKR 11,000,000 with 1% security; air reservoir estimated at PKR 2,200,000 with 1% security; computer and printing accessories estimated at PKR 1,794,000 with 1% security; and linen items estimated at PKR 10,000,000 with 1% security. Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Participating firms and contractors must have applicable income tax, sales tax and professional tax registrations and be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Separate electronic bids and bid security must be submitted for each tender through the Punjab e-procurement system by 31 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; bids are scheduled to open at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security must be submitted electronically against the generated PSID in favour of the institute.
