Annual framework contracts and an Annual Development Program project for financial year 2026-27 covering nine procurement packages in District Council Khanewal: supply of RCC manhole covers and cast-iron base rings, estimated PKR 19.992 million with bid security PKR 999,600; rehabilitation of manholes and fixing of covers, base rings, raising works and safety nets, PKR 19.500 million with security PKR 975,000; construction of RCC slabs on sullage drains and collecting tanks, PKR 15 million with security PKR 750,000; supply of stationery items for all branches and units, PKR 2.5 million with security PKR 125,000; supply of articles for national days and other events, PKR 12.828 million with security PKR 641,400; event arrangements and public-awareness campaign services, PKR 8.660 million with security PKR 433,000; street patchwork repairs, PKR 20 million with security PKR 1 million; street-light materials, PKR 9.685 million with security PKR 484,250; and construction of a sullage carrier at Chak No. 166/10-R, Sialain Wala, estimated PKR 3.166 million with security PKR 158,300. Total estimated value is PKR 111.331 million and aggregate bid security is PKR 5,566,550. Bidders must be registered with Punjab e-procurement, FBR and PRA where applicable, and hold the required NTN and PPRA registrations. Digital bid security must be submitted through the system using the generated QR ID in the name of Chief Officer, District Council Khanewal; the notice also requires the original security instrument in a clearly marked envelope at the District Council office before the electronic submission deadline. Complete PDF bids must be uploaded by 29 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and will open at 2:30 PM. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure; bid validity is 120 days.
