Supply Installation Energy Efficient Ceiling Fans Tender Notice
Description
Supply - installation - testing and commissioning of energy-efficient brushless direct current ceiling fans with a maximum power rating of 30 watts under two annual framework contract lots. Lot 1 includes supply and installation of BLDC ceiling fans with buy-back or adjustment of existing fans, with an estimated cost of PKR 33.25 million and bid security of PKR 665,000. Lot 2 covers supply and installation of BLDC ceiling fans without the specified buy-back arrangement, with an estimated cost of PKR 6 million and bid security of PKR 120,000. Eligible manufacturers - authorized or sole distributors - contractors and suppliers must be registered with GST - PST and NTN. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-procurement system by 29 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will open electronically on the same date at 11:00 AM. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with the e-procurement system guidelines; physical CDRs and bank guarantees are not accepted. Detailed bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-procurement system and PPRA websites. In case of a public holiday on the opening date, bids will open on the next working day.
