Description
Operation maintenance and installation of machinery at pumping stations including provision of equipment operation services maintenance support and performance requirements under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - eligible bidders must be contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA with valid tax registrations and licenses - bidders must upload bid security in form of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt and submit original before deadline - bids must include technical and financial proposals submitted electronically and will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders with evaluation based on compliance and procurement rules
