Procurement of reserve stock of stone for river protection works including guide walls and related structures along river Jhelum under item rate basis - electronic bidding through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure - bidders must be contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant authorities with valid registrations - bidders must submit bid security in prescribed form and upload bids electronically - bids will be opened on specified date and evaluated based on compliance and procurement rules with performance guarantee requirements
