Procurement of laboratory material consumables for vocational training institute including supply of required lab items under electronic bidding through EPADS - bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and PPRA and submit bids both electronically and in hard copy form with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost - bidding documents available online and bids will be opened on specified date in presence of bidders with evaluation based on compliance and procurement rules
