Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites electronic bids for construction, operation and management of a doctor cafeteria on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost, inclusive of 16% tax as stated in the notice, is PKR 31,178,000; bid security is PKR 623,560, equivalent to 2%, to be deposited through the online PSID mechanism. The cafeteria covered area is 4,271.25 square feet. The successful bidder will construct, operate and manage the cafeteria for five years from commencement of construction, after which the cafeteria and associated facilities will be transferred to the procuring agency under the contract. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid validity is 180 days. Pre-bid meeting: 26 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Submission deadline: 2 November 2026 at 11:30 AM; opening: 12:00 PM.
