Description
Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from eligible firms for the service and maintenance contract of ICU ventilators for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must have relevant technical experience and financial and managerial capabilities and be registered with applicable departments, PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, with active taxpayer status. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and submissions will be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated total bid cost must be deposited electronically through the prescribed PSID mechanism and must be reflected in the portal before the submission deadline. Bid submission deadline: 2 November 2026 at 10:00 AM; opening: 10:30 AM. The notice does not specify the estimated contract value.
