Transformation Restoration Chowk Bazar Rewari Tender Notice
Description
Transformation and restoration of Chowk Bazar from Rewari Sweet to Masjid Wali Muhammad in Multan. The estimated cost is Rs. 53,890,000 and earnest money is Rs. 2,694,500. Procurement is based on the MRS second biannual 2026 schedule for District Multan and will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with PPRA and the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27. Bidders must download the approved DNIT and bill of quantities, quote item-wise rates and submit their bids electronically; manual bids are not accepted. Bid security must be paid online through the prescribed Bank of Punjab mechanism before uploading the bid. The notice specifies electronic bid submission by 3 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders must complete every DNIT and BOQ entry, including rate analysis, summaries and sub-summaries. Incomplete bids will be declared non-responsive. Where the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5 percent of the estimated cost as described in the notice, the lowest bidder must submit performance security of up to 10 percent of the contract value within 15 days after tender opening; otherwise, earnest money may be forfeited. Performance security must be provided through an accepted bank instrument and remain valid beyond the completion period as prescribed. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or self-generated bids may be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
