Annual Maintenance Hospital Hvac System Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation, repair and maintenance contract for the 702-ton-capacity HVAC system installed in the new building of Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan, excluding spare parts but including maintenance materials and consumables, for a period of 12 months. The estimated contract cost is Rs. 7,000,000. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism; physical CDRs and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will not be opened. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted bids may be rejected, including bids uploaded in the wrong lot. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. If the opening date is an official holiday, the next working day will apply. The procurement will be governed by applicable Punjab procurement rules and regulations.
