Service Maintenance Cardiovascular Hospital Equipment Tender Notice

Description

Annual service maintenance contracts for three categories of biomedical equipment installed at Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology Multan, including spare parts, accessories and consumables for 12 months. The first contract covers one Siemens Artis Zee Ceiling angiography machine, including high-vacuum elements, detector, injector, haemodynamic system components, standard accessories and reporting system, with an estimated cost of Rs. 8,000,000. The second contract covers one Central Sterilization and Supply Department system, including spare parts, valves, filters including HEPA filters, sensors, PCD, switches, pumps, accessories, kits and consumables, with an estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000. The third contract covers equipment installed in the Medical Gases Department, including spare parts, valves, filters, sensors, PCB components, switches, pumps, accessories, maintenance kits, oil and consumables, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of each contract must be submitted electronically through PSID; physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted bids may be rejected. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. If an opening date is an official holiday, the next working day will apply.
