Printing Supply Examination Answer Books Tender Notice
Description
Printing and supply of answer books for examinations conducted by the Examination Branch of the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. Eligible firms, companies and joint ventures, where applicable, must be registered with relevant registration authorities for income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax and be engaged in printing and supply of examination answer books. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically by uploading the required tender documents. Bid security of Rs. 126,000, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount, must be submitted online in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement System requirements. Manual bids are not accepted. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. The university management reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. If the scheduled opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
