Procurement Stationery Printing Law Books Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery, printing, law books, uniforms, general store items, computer stationery and repair and maintenance services for machinery, IT equipment, furniture and gardens for financial year 2026-27 up to 30 June 2027. The estimated amounts are Rs. 7,950,000 for stationery, Rs. 1,589,000 for printing, Rs. 300,000 for law books, Rs. 1,192,000 for uniforms, Rs. 5,164,000 for general store items, Rs. 4,832,000 for computer stationery, Rs. 3,972,000 for other items, Rs. 2,383,000 for entertainment, Rs. 3,055,000 for machinery repair, Rs. 1,213,000 for IT equipment repair, Rs. 855,000 for furniture repair and Rs. 362,000 for garden maintenance. Bidders must have relevant experience and be registered with income tax, sales tax, professional tax and Punjab sales tax departments where applicable. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost must be deposited online through the prescribed CDR facility, and proof of deposit must accompany the bid. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract value in the form of CDR, bank guarantee or pay order, refundable upon successful completion of contractual obligations. Quoted rates must include GST and PST and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Delivery periods will be as specified in purchase orders. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under applicable rules.
