External development works for rehabilitation and completion of Roads R-16, S-7 and S-8 at Fatima Jinnah Women University Campus-II, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi, with an estimated project cost of Rs. 26.836 million. Electronic bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must hold a Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category C-5 or above with specialisation in PEC codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 and EE-11. Bid security of Rs. 805,080, equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated cost, must be submitted electronically through a generated PSID, and the payment slip must accompany the tender documents. Rates must include all applicable taxes and be quoted item-wise. Bidders must provide an undertaking on legal or stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by the procuring agency or PPRA, possess a National Tax Registration number and active taxpayer status, and are registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 27 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 4 November 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day through the e-procurement system. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee online in accordance with the applicable PPRA rules and system procedure and execute an agreement on the prescribed stamp paper after issuance of the acceptance letter.
