Description

Rehabilitation of the metalled road on Multan-Dera Ghazi Khan Road from Taliri Bypass to the flyover, covering a length of 3.20 km in District Muzaffargarh. The estimated cost is Rs. 253.00 million and the stated earnest money is Rs. 2.65 million. Procurement relates to the 2026-27 second biannual MRS and will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and a licence for the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated procurement price, using the prescribed electronic security mechanism; physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted outside the e-procurement system. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website. Bidders must quote item-wise rates against every DNIT or BOQ entry and complete all required rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages in their financial proposals. Incomplete financial bids, including blank BOQs or rate-analysis pages, will be declared non-responsive. The notice specifies submission by 1:00 PM on 24 October 2026 and opening on 29 October 2026 at 1:30 PM at the District Council Muzaffargarh office. Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. False information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under the applicable rules. Recovery for credit of old materials will be adjusted manually.
