Construction Of Kacha Walkways In Kohistan Upper Tender Notice

Description

Construction of three kacha walkway schemes in District Kohistan Upper: walkway from Kuz Dadair to Bar Dadair in Union Council Goshali, estimated at PKR 1,490,000; walkway from Hanan Abad to Khateeb Abad in Union Council Bariyar, estimated at PKR 2,500,000; and walkway from Majeed Abad to Zafran Abad in Union Council Bariyar, estimated at PKR 1,000,000. Bidding is based on MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual rates and non-MRS items where applicable, using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the Communication and Works Department under the provincial Centralized Enlistment Policy for the current financial year. Relevant PEC codes must match the scheme, and PEC and KPRA registration with active taxpayer status must be valid for the current financial year. Bidding documents must be downloaded from EPADS, completed neatly and uploaded as clear scanned copies. Complete hard-copy documents, original bid security and detailed rate analysis where applicable must be delivered by courier to the Assistant Director Senior, Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Council Road, Komila, before closing. Rates may be quoted as a percentage above, below or at par with the engineer estimate. Bid security must be provided as a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Assistant Director Senior. Bids up to 10% below the engineer estimate require 2% security; bids more than 10% and up to 20% below require additional security of 8% of the engineer estimate; bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the difference between the submitted bid and engineer estimate, together with detailed rate analysis. Incomplete or inconsistent submissions, false information, missing hard copies or inadequate security may lead to rejection, forfeiture where applicable and possible blacklisting proceedings. Online clarification closes at 5:00 PM on 2026-10-23. The financial bids close at 11:00 AM on 2026-10-27 and open at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
