Agricultural Land Lease For Farming Purposes Tender Notice
Description
Allotment of approximately 16.5 kanal of land for agricultural and farming purposes at the IC&IT Campus of the University of Science and Technology Bannu. Bidding is invited from established firms, companies and contractors registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, with active taxpayer status. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-30 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the conference room at the main campus in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is required for one year and must be provided through a Call Deposit Receipt. The hard copy of the CDR and the non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 2,000 must reach the Store Officer by 11:30 AM on 2026-10-30. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
