Computer Based Examination Facilitation Services Tender Notice

Description

Provision of complete facilitation services for conducting computer-based examinations for the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar. The procurement follows National Competitive Bidding principles and the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible, experienced, reputable and financially sound firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments where applicable and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. The Request for Proposal is available for download by EPADS-registered firms from the university account Active Tender List. Bidders must upload clearly scanned, duly signed and stamped documents through EPADS. The financial proposal and quoted rates must be stated in words and figures on the official firm letterhead and signed and stamped by an authorized representative. Mandatory documents must be uploaded as a single PDF file in accordance with the RFP checklist. Proposals may be declared non-responsive if mandatory documents are missing, submitted after the deadline, unsigned or unstamped, accompanied by an invalid or non-compliant CDR, contain unclear rates or documents, or are submitted by blacklisted or debarred firms. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 2026-10-15 in the university conference hall. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29 and will open at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
