Supply Forest Department Uniforms Accessories Tender Notice

Description

Supply of official uniforms and accessories for 50 personnel and forest field staff under the project Rehabilitation of Degraded Forests Through Nature-Based Solutions in Khyber Forest Division. Required items include 50 sets of shalwar qameez made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton or equivalent fabric weighing 220-250 GSM in approved militia colour; 50 black beret caps made from durable wool or acrylic blend; 50 embroidered Forest Department monograms; 50 pairs of black service chevrons; 50 pairs of embroidered shoulder badges; 50 metallic Forest Department cap badges; 50 sets of rank-star insignia; 50 black leather service belts with insignia buckles; 50 olive-green waterproof coats; 50 olive-green jerseys weighing 300-400 GSM; and 50 pairs of black leather boots suitable for rough terrain. The successful bidder must take individual measurements of all 50 personnel after issuance of the supply order and tailor or stitch each uniform accordingly. Tailoring and stitching charges per uniform set must be quoted separately in the financial bid. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority sales tax and income tax authorities. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014 using the above/below procedure. Bid security equal to 2% must be provided as a CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of PR8075 Divisional Forest Officer Khyber, in a sealed envelope marked Bid Security before closing. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative and submitted to the Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division, by 12:00 PM on 2026-10-27. Bids will open at 12:30 PM on the same date. Applicable federal and provincial duties, stamp duties and KPRA taxes will be recovered under government directives. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be accepted, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders with cogent reasons under KPPRA Rules.
