Renovation, beautification and municipal infrastructure works under Tehsil Municipal Administration Abbottabad in six tender packages. Package 1 under ADP 250164 for 2026-27 includes renovation of Changla Gali Rest House at an estimated cost of PKR 25 million and renovation of DB House Nathiagali at PKR 35 million, with a package total of PKR 60 million and stated earnest money of PKR 1.2 million. Package 2 includes renovation and upgrading of six community centres at Ilyasi Road Choonakari, Kunj, Mohalla Seri, Mochi Colony, Mohalla Dehri and Mohalla Mola Khail Mirpur, with a total estimated cost of PKR 10.5 million and stated earnest money of PKR 210,000. Package 3 includes upgrading six community centres at Etesham Colony, Insaaf Park, Mohalla Imam Bargah, Mohalla Diggi, Karbala Chowk and Kotehra, with a total estimated cost of PKR 11.4 million and stated earnest money of PKR 228,000. Package 4 includes installation of small pressure bores at Pathi da Maira, Chitta Maira, Baldheri, Kaghan Colony, Garga, Banda Phagwarian and Banda Sappan, renovation of the Mohar Kalan community centre, PCC road construction at Mohallah Hospital Hajia Gali and PCC road, retaining wall and sewerage line works at Nikka Pani, with a stated total of PKR 7.55 million and earnest money of PKR 151,000. Additional works include renovation of the TMA Abbottabad slaughterhouse at PKR 860,000 with earnest money of PKR 17,200 and construction of a culvert near the house of Raju Mistri in Mohalla Nizami Malikpura at PKR 1.05 million with earnest money of PKR 21,000. Bidding procedures vary by package between Single Stage Two Envelope and Single Stage One Envelope. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 2026-11-05 and will open at 2:00 PM on the same date. For two-envelope packages, original technical and financial proposals must also be delivered by courier or registered post before the deadline; hand delivery is not allowed. Electronic copies must match original submissions. Original bid securities, additional CDRs where applicable, detailed rate analysis where required and registration documents including PEC licence, LCB registration, NTN, KPPRA registration and CNIC copy must reach the Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Abbottabad, Jinnah Road, before closing. Bid security is generally 2% of the engineer's estimate, with additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements for bids quoted more than 10% or 20% below the engineer's estimate. Contractors must be registered with KPRA. Work orders depend on availability of funds, and the procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids under applicable KPPRA rules.
