Hiring of a licensed security firm or company to provide 29 uniformed security guards, each equipped with a 12-bore short gun, on 12-hour shifts at Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar head office, zonal offices, parking yards and landfill site within the WSSP jurisdiction. The contract period is one year and may be extended by mutual agreement subject to satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must have a valid security company licence from the Ministry of Interior and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, at least five years of relevant experience, registration with KPRA, and registration on the EPADS supplier portal. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-27 and will open publicly at 11:30 AM on the same date. An original CDR equal to 2% of the total bid price, in favour of WSSP Contractor Securities, and an affidavit confirming the original CDR must be submitted in a separately sealed envelope before the closing deadline. A non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 must be deposited into the specified Bank of Khyber account, and the deposit slip must be submitted before closing along with the CDR. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-20 at 3:30 PM in the WSSP conference room. Bids must be signed and stamped by an authorized person and uploaded with legible, complete documentation. Physical copies of bid documents are not required or accepted, except for the original security and affidavit. Applicable federal and provincial taxes, duties and KPRA taxes will be recovered according to government directives. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all tenders.
