Description
Establishment of a School of Nursing at SSH Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore, with an estimated cost of PKR 190.29 million, bid security of PKR 3,805,800 and a completion period of eight months. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above, hold valid Punjab Revenue Authority and NTN certificates, and demonstrate that social security contributions have been deposited regularly for the preceding six months with supporting deduction documents. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under applicable PPRA rules. Bid security equal to 2% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments, including CDRs, are not accepted. The notice specifies a tender closing date of 2026-10-29 at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM on the same date. False information or fake bank guarantees may result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
