Description
Construction of PCC roads at the 25 MGD PSF site under the EWR-II project of the Water and Sanitation Agency, Faisalabad. The estimated cost is PKR 4,934,110, and bid security is 5% of the estimated or bid cost. The completion period is 25 days. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bids must be prepared using item-wise rates and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Tendering System. Bid security must be uploaded electronically in the prescribed form in favour of the Deputy Director (EWR-II), WASA, Faisalabad, before the specified opening time. The notice directs contractors to attend the office of the Deputy Director (EWR-II), WASA Block W, Madina Town, East Canal Road, Faisalabad, on 2026-10-31 at 12:30 PM for retrieval of bids and announcement of quoted rates and the successful bidder. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter through digital online payment. Physical bid securities and banking instruments are not accepted. Submission of fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting, with referrals to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
