Description

Procurement of souvenirs and gift items for the university shop of Fatima Jinnah Women University, with an estimated cost of PKR 3,832,050 and bid security of PKR 76,641, representing 2% of the estimated price as stated in the notice. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be active tax filers. Bidders must provide relevant tax certificates and demonstrate at least three years of experience in the relevant business. Technical proposals must include company profile, business duration, office locations, year-wise details of similar items supplied to universities where applicable, compliance with specifications, technical brochures or data sheets where applicable, and tabular specification compliance. All items must be new and of prime quality; inferior or substandard products may be rejected and earnest money forfeited, with possible blacklisting. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, including applicable GST, and remain valid for 90 days, extendable by another 30 days. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies, with evaluation under Rule 38-A of PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security must be transferred electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-10-22 at 11:00 AM at the Purchase Office. Complete bids must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29, with opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids received through mail, courier, by hand or other means will be rejected. Quantities may increase, decrease or be deleted from the list.
