Repair Of Mobile X Ray Machine Tender Notice
Description
Repair of a Shimadzu Mobile Art Evolution mobile X-ray machine for Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited electronically through e-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders will be evaluated against the knockdown criteria specified in the bidding documents, and only technically responsive bidders will qualify. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished in the form of CDR, demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee issued by Bank of Punjab in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital Sargodha. The bank guarantee must include 100% encashment warranty, be confirmed by the concerned bank within three days of a claim, have a minimum validity of 180 days and contain no conditional terms. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-29 and will open at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be entertained. Requests for clarification must be submitted through e-PADS or in writing at least seven days before the submission deadline. If the closing date is an official or local holiday, the next working day will apply.
