Supply Brass Trophies Awards Tender Notice
Description
Supply of trophies for the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Faisalabad, comprising 36 first trophies, 36 runner-up trophies, 36 third trophies and 2 general trophies. First trophies must be gold-coated brass, 20 inches high and weigh 1,100 grams; runner-up trophies must be 18 inches high and weigh 900 grams; third trophies must be 16 inches high and weigh 700 grams; and general trophies must be 24 inches high and weigh 1,300 grams. Each trophy must have a wooden base with molding measuring 8 by 8 inches and a top measuring 7 by 7 inches, with a game-wise steel attaching plate pasted on the front, and must conform to the supplied sample. Bidding is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of PPRA Rules through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms must submit technical and financial bids online; hard copies are not accepted. Bid security equal to 5% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
