Procurement Of Office Furniture And Electrification Works Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of office facilities through two procurement lots comprising furniture and fixtures with an estimated cost of PKR 2,842,560 and glass partition and electrification work with an estimated cost of PKR 1,083,273, inclusive of taxes. The total estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,925,833. Bid security is 5% of the estimated amount for each lot, amounting to PKR 142,128 for furniture and fixtures and PKR 54,163 for glass partition and electrification work. Eligible sole proprietors, firms, contractors, constructors and registered companies must satisfy the eligibility criteria and hold FBR, Income Tax, STRN and PRA registrations. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders may participate in either or both lots, but partial bidding within any lot is not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-30. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on the same date through the electronic procurement system, and bidders or authorized representatives may attend.
