Road Marking And Traffic Safety Components Tender Notice
Description
Framework agreement for rehabilitation and repair of roads, footpaths, storm water drains, manholes and traffic components on different roads of Rawalpindi under Group C, Traffic Component, including pavement marking, road studs and cat eyes. The estimated cost including PRA charges is PKR 19,279,320 and the stated earnest money is PKR 335,305. The completion period is 12 months. Eligible contractors must have Pakistan Engineering Council registration for financial year 2026-27 in category C-5 or above with codes CE-01 and CE-10, valid FBR and PRA registration, and active filer NTN and PNTN status. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 2026-10-29, with technical bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost must be paid digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab in favour of the Deputy Director (Engineering), RDA. Physical bids and banking instruments are not accepted. The successful bidder must provide a digital performance guarantee of 5%, valid for three months beyond successful completion. Only technically responsive bidders qualify for financial bid opening. Item-wise rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words; percentage-based quotations are rejected. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files and remain valid for 120 days. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected submissions may be rejected, and the procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
