Construction Monument Park Illumination Works Tender Notice

Description

Construction of a monument at Shah Shams Park, Multan, with an estimated cost of PKR 2,396,843, bid security of PKR 47,936.86 and a completion period of 70 days; illumination of Old Eid Gah Takooni Park, Multan, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,364,302, bid security of PKR 27,286.04 and a completion period of 60 days; and purchase of plants for new plantation and replenishment of the Metro Bus Project green belt, with an estimated cost of PKR 4,630,080, bid security of PKR 92,601.60 and a completion period of 30 days. Eligible firms and contractors must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in category C-6 or higher with code CE-10 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids are invited on item-wise rates, amounts and total bid cost under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments, including CDRs, are not required. Signed and stamped tender documents must be uploaded online, and manual bids are not accepted. Bids for all three works close on 2026-10-29 at 11:30 AM and open at 12:00 PM on the same day at the office of the Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Multan. If a tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved estimated DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit Quality Assurance Security according to the applicable policy and PPRA Rule 56 within 15 days of issuance of notice or before expiry of bid validity, whichever is earlier. Incomplete financial bids and percentage-based quotations are non-responsive. The procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
