Supply Installation Walk Through Metal Detectors Tender Notice

Description

Purchase, delivery and complete installation of walk-through metal detector gates for the District Judicial Complex and Deputy Commissioner Office Jhang, with a total estimated price of PKR 2,000,000. Ten units are required, with approved brands including ZK TECO, Black Copper, Dahua, CEIA, Ranger or equivalent; copies and replicas are not acceptable. Technical requirements include at least 18 overlapping detection zones or above, simultaneous multi-zone alarms, adjustable sensitivity from level 0 to 99, LCD or LED display, infrared remote control, audible and LED alarms, indicators on both sides, alarm and people counters, password protection, power protection, self-diagnostic function at power-on, maintenance-friendly design, AC 85V-264V power supply, operating temperature from -20°C to 50°C or above as specified, operating frequency of 4 KHz-8 KHz, gross weight of 60 kg or above, one-year original supplier and company warranty, availability of spare parts, and complete installation with accessories and operating manual. Delivery is required to Jhang, Ahmed Pur Sial and Shorkot without additional delivery charges, and all taxes must be included. Eligible authorized dealers, stockists, contractors and general order suppliers must be registered with FBR and PRA, hold GST, PST and NTN registrations, and be registered on the Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. The Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended. Complete technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically by 11:30 AM on 2026-11-03, with opening at 12:00 noon on the same date. Tender documents may be obtained without fee from the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (S.S), Jhang, during office hours until 11:00 AM on the closing date, upon written application on firm letterhead with a CNIC copy. Original bid security of 2% of estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order issued by Bank of Punjab must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Jhang, before closing, and a scanned copy must be uploaded electronically. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 4% of contract value in the form of bank guarantee or CDR. Only technically qualified bidders proceed to financial bid opening. Quantities may increase or decrease, offered rates remain applicable for financial year 2026-27, and incomplete or improperly submitted bids may be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules 35 and 36.
